VFC Shield Members,
As our program evolves, we are constantly looking for ways to improve. To that end, we are pleased to announce that we have changed platforms for VFC Alerts. The following is what you need to know:
- We are no longer using the Everbridge system.
- We will delete all user contacts once the migration is complete.
- Our new Shield texting number is 804-796-0770
- Alerts will come from this number in the future. You may consider adding a contact to your phone using this number.
- No action is needed on your part.
- This change will not affect our operations, nor does it requrie you to complete any task.
- Stopping these text notifications.
- If you wish to not recieve these notificatiions simply reply STOP to any text message that you recieve from our new number. This will remove you from the texting function of Shield. This will NOT unsubscribe you from email bulletins. Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any mailing to be removed.
