Keynote speakers will be Steven Sund, former Chief of the United States Capitol Police, and Charles J. Guddemi, HSEMA?s Interoperability Coordinator.

The discussion will center around best practices, strategies, and tips for protecting your assets and people during civil unrest, including incorporating civil disobedience into your preparedness process. Each will present for 45 minutes, followed by a 45-minute panel discussion. Light refreshments will be served.
