This informational webinar will focus on the overview of Electoral fraud, sometimes referred to as election manipulation, voter fraud, or vote rigging, involving illegal interference with the process of an election, either by increasing the vote share of a favored candidate, depressing the vote share of rival candidates, or both.

Instructor: SA Rachael Epp is assigned to the FBI Norfolk Field Office’s White Collar Crimes Squad and is the office’s Election Crimes Coordinator. SA Epp has worked on cases involving Complex Financial Crimes, Public Corruption, Violent Crimes and Crimes Against Children. Before joining the FBI, SA Epp was a Director of Business Development with over fifteen years of management and leadership experience. SA Epp has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is currently a team member on the Evidence Response Team in Norfolk.
