The theme of Safety Stand Down 2023 focuses on responder safety during incidents involving lithium-ion batteries. Each day will focus on a different topic within this theme: recognition of hazards, firefighting operations, firefighter safety, post-incident considerations, and public education.

These people feel that due to some contrived loopholes in the constitution they can declare themselves free and laws do not apply to them. However, people who get their legal advice from Wikipedia find out these loopholes don’t tend to actually exist.
